Earlier this season, Perry Carroll showed off his buzzer-beating magic when a half-court heave versus Labette won the Red Devils their second game of the season and showed a flash of what could be possible.

Carroll found himself in a similar situation Wednesday, but couldn’t pull off the same feat. This time, the game-winning half-court shot hit the backboard and came off the front of the rim as time expired, ending Allen Community College’s seven-game win streak with a 68-66 loss to Seward.

The loss moves the Red Devils to 10-2 overall at 2-1 in KJCCC play.
