With school out for the summer, USD 257s summer meals program already is up and going.
The meal service began Monday at Iola Middle School, where breakfast and lunch will be served Monday through Thursday through July 25. Breakfast runs from 8 to 9:30 a.m.; lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
As in years past, all children ages 1-18 eat fee of charge. Adults also can eat breakfast for $2.50 and lunch for $4.
