Iola City Council members will continue discussions Tuesdayon a workforce study, to determine if Iola has the appropriate number of city employees. A bid from Wichita State Universitys Public Policy and Management Center would cost the city $16,474.
Council members also will discuss equipment replacement schedules, another hot topic in recent months, as well as a new management system to track how often pieces of equipment are maintained or repaired.
The Council will be updated on how the citys newly developed personnel policy has been functioning over its first six months.
