A group of middle-schoolers didn’t venture far for their “mission trip” this week.
The Wesley United Methodist Church youth have been doing work for elderly members of the church’s congregation this week as part of a community service project.
“These kids are looking forward to getting a chance to go on mission trips elsewhere,” Lori Cooper, youth minister at Wesley, said.
